Camp Forms

Hiram House has partnered with an online system called CampDoc for all of our camp forms. All forms can now be filled out and submitted online through this new system at http://www.CampDoc.com.

Login information for CampDoc will become available after you have registered your child here on our Hiram House website.

If you have any difficulty accessing your child’s CampDoc profile, please contact our Registrar for assistance.
